Dear Noar Families,
We are ready to head into week four at Noar. We have been getting a jump start on the holidays. Last week we learned about Rosh HaShanah, and this week we will focus on Yom Kippur.
As we approach this time of year, we think about the past and what we can do better this year. Are you looking for tips to talk to your kids about this process? Check out
this article for some ideas.
Please remember to register your Remini account as we are shifting to using this method of communication. We will use Remini for reminders and notifications in the event an need for early dismissal or cancellations due to inclement weather.
The first month of Noar has been a busy time. We will pause after this week and take a break for the High Holy Days. We hope to see your families at some of the opportunities we offer during this time of year. Children’s programming is available to children 1st grade and younger on Rosh HaShanah and Yom Kippur mornings, The Reconsidered Service offers a shorter, family friendly opportunity to pray together as a family, and Family Tashlich on October 6th is yet another way to celebrate new beginnings together.
We look forward to bringing in 5785 with you.
See you Sunday,
Shanna
