We are looking forward to another great week at Noar. Your children eagerly participate in many hands-on activities throughout each Sunday morning. Many of them are enjoying participating in the STREAM (Science, Technology, Religion, Engineering, Art and Math) and we would be happy to add to our collection of items to create with including: soda and water bottles, tissue boxes, containers, paper towel rolls, egg cartons, discarded game pieces, puzzles pieces, or building materials. I have updated the Blog and invite you to take a look and see all that Noar students are doing during their time here each week!
While your children are learning, we want to offer opportunities for you to engage in learning as well. This week, Allison Peck, the Screenwriter from You are So Not Invited to my Bat Mitzvah, will be speaking at Temple Sinai at 10:00. We invite you to come in and hear her while your children are at Noar.
Next week, Rabbi Natan Trief will be offering a time for you to come in and have an open discussion to understand the conflict in Israel. Our Orim (4th and 5th grade) curriculum focuses on Israel and your children will spend time understanding the history and background this year as well.
