Meet the Chairs of Our 2025 Fundraising Gala!

Sinai's Night in The Big Easy 2025 Gala
Amy Rosen co-chair of Sinai's Night in The Big Easy

I am Amy Rosen, originally from Birmingham, Alabama and my husband Evan and I have lived in Atlanta for almost 15 years. We have two boys, Zachary, who had his Bar Mitzvah at Temple Sinai last year is in 8th grade and Ryan is in 6th grade. Both boys attend the Davis Academy. When I’m not serving as my kids Uber driver, I am a travel agent.

Growing up we had a lot of family in Atlanta and my grandparents were members of Temple Sinai. They had a very close relationship with Rabbi Kranz. When we moved here from Washington, DC, Temple Sinai had a natural fit and felt like a homecoming. When my kids were younger, I was fairly involved in the family programming at Temple Sinai and I felt like the annual fundraiser was a perfect opportunity to give back and am excited to be planning this event for our community.

We are really excited about Sinai’s Night in The Big Easy. The event will have something for everyone – I can’t wait to see you there!

I’m an Atlanta native and grew up at Temple Sinai.  I am also a proud mom to two Temple Sinai Preschool alumni: Lilly (8) and Claire (6), who now attend and love NOAR. My husband Benji is also very involved; he’s a past board member, involved with the Atidaynu program, and the list goes on…so when I was approached to participate in the annual event that brings our adult community together for a good time but also for a great cause, how could I say no? We love Temple Sinai!

At Sinai’s Night in The Big Easy you can expect a colorful and fun-filled night of experiences, music and delicious food. You don’t want to miss this one!
