The sacred bond between committed partners is a treasured cornerstone of Jewish community life. Our rabbis play an active role in preparing each couple for their wedding ceremony, as well as for their new Jewish life together. We invite you to connect directly with a member of our clergy to discuss your wedding plans!
Temple Sinai respects the authority of its clergy to make informed and responsible decisions in matters of worship, teaching, and life-cycle officiation. We hope you will honor and show respect for well-considered positions that may differ from your own. At this time, our rabbis will officiate at interfaith wedding ceremonies, each according to his or her own set of parameters. Our rabbis are also happy to officiate at gay and lesbian weddings. If you have any questions regarding these matters, please do not hesitate to call upon us.
If you wish to have an aufruf, a special blessing at the Shabbat Service preceding your wedding, please call the Temple Sinai office at (404) 252-3073.
