Chocolate Halva Log
Log:
3 Large eggs
½ cup sugar
½ teaspoon vanilla
Pinch salt
½ cup flour (Passover 35 g cornstarch and 35 g almond meal)
3 TBSP cocoa powder
½ teaspoon Baking powder
Halvah filling:
1 cup Heavy whipping cream
1 TBSP Tahini*
1 TBSP honey
½ teaspoon vanilla
1 teaspoon instant pudding
Topping:150 g dark chocolate
2/3 cup (160 ml) Heavy whipping cream
*If you can't have Tahini or don’t like it, use instant coffee or instant pudding in a flavor you like.
