Join Sinai 20s & 30s for Shabbat afternoon yoga at Highland Yoga - Buckhead (208 Pharr Rd NE Atlanta, GA 30305)! This class is open to all levels so no experience is necessary. We'll be doing an easy, gentle yoga flow with guided meditation led by Sinai member & certified yoga instructor Dayna Royal.

Class is $5 per person and anyone is welcome to join, so please don't hesitate to bring a friend. Please RSVP if you plan to be there.

Bring a mat if you have one, but no worries if you don't - the studio has extras if you need one.
