Monday, August 5, 2024 1 Av 5784

2:00 PM - 4:30 PMSmall Social Hall

NAVON (Sinai's community for those over 65 years of age) continues its Festival of Israeli Film. This series shows award-winning Israeli films, from the early classics to modern gems.

This month we'll be watching Late Marriage. This 2001 release follows ZaZa, the adult son of tradition-minded Georgian Jewish immigrants who are determined to find him an appropriate wife. Little do they know that ZaZa is secretly dating a divorcee with a child, ultimately forcing him to choose between family traditions and the love of his life.

We'll meet in Sinai's small social hall for the screening and a discussion to follow. Drinks and movie popcorn will be served!

**Registration is FREE and anyone is welcome so please don't hesitate to bring a friend.**

If you need transportation assistance we recommend calling a taxi or Uber. Temple Sinai is happy to reimburse you for any transportation fees if you can provide a receipt.

Suddenly they find an abandoned sukkah, become the unexpected beneficiaries of charity and find themselves hosting two escaped convicts.
