Mussar is a Jewish ethical, educational, and cultural movement that developed in the 13th century in Lithuania. The term Mussar is from the book of Proverbs 1:2 meaning moral conduct, instruction or discipline. Each Wednesday, our spiritual moment will introduce a different middah (a virtue or value) which we can try to become more mindful in our daily lives.
