Every two years rising junior and senior high school students have the opportunity to join other Atlanta area Jewish teens for a memorable summer adventure to Israel led by one of our Rabbis. In the past, the trip has included climbing Masada, snorkeling at the Red Sea, floating at the Dead Sea, mud bathing at the Ein Gedi Spa, camel riding and Bedouin hospitality, archeological digging at Beit Guvrin, spelunking, hiking through the Hatsbani River, kayaking at K’far Blum, repelling at Mitzpe Ramon, visiting a kibbutz, visiting Yad VaShem, engaging in a scavenger hunt in Jerusalem and exploring the excitement of Tel Aviv. 

Teens will also have opportunities to interact with Israel teens and celebrate Shabbat in Jerusalem.   Teens who have participated in this trip have described it as not only fun but also transformative as it helps to solidify Jewish identity, brings together their prior Jewish educational experiences, help to place themselves as a link in the chain of Jewish history, and creates a powerful way to connect to their Jewish community.
